Project site monitoring: watching mini-forests grow

The most important activities we conduct are project site visits and impact monitoring at our sites in Mwanza — and the work is well worth it.

While we appreciate new innovative projects, the most important activities we conduct are project site visits and impact monitoring at our sites in Mwanza, Tanzania. This is why we continue to support our on-site Project Manager, Amani, with a monthly allowance to closely monitor our planted impact seeds.

And the work is well worth it! When visiting the sites, we can see that the planted small trees are beginning to form mini-forests. The waste bins are full, and already more than 2 tons of plastic have been recycled, which would have otherwise polluted Lake Victoria.

By maintaining an innovative pace and proving to our partners our capability to sustain our momentum, we have built growing trust among the community. This trust has expanded globally as we demonstrated our capacity to inaugurate and develop momentum from global online formats, driven by the e.V. side, into real impact coordinated by the Organisation side.
